Dubai Basketball And KK Vojvodina Sign Memorandum of Understanding

KK Vojvodina and Dubai Basketball have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), laying the foundations for future cooperation between the two clubs and establishing shared priorities for their continued development.

The Memorandum was signed by the presidents of KK Vojvodina and Dubai Basketball. It expresses the shared intention of the two clubs to establish and develop cooperation, with a focus on improving the conditions for the development of the first team and youth categories, as well as delivering joint promotional and socially responsible initiatives.

The visit was followed by the official signing ceremony at Novi Sad City Hall, attended by Dejan Kamenjašević, President of Dubai Basketball; Dragoljub Zbiljić, President of Vojvodina Sports Society; Dušan Bajatović, Vice President of Vojvodina Sports Society; Aleksandar Jovančević, General Secretary of Vojvodina Sports Society; Aleksandar Ćirić, President of the KK Vojvodina Assembly; Željko Rebrača, President of KK Vojvodina; Bojan Terzin, Vice President of KK Vojvodina; and Aleksandar Todorović, Director of Operations at Dubai Basketball.

The partnership was also supported by Žarko Mićin, Mayor of Novi Sad, and Tatjana Medved, Member of the Novi Sad City Council responsible for Sports and Youth, who attended the ceremony in recognition of the partnership’s significance for the development of sport in the city.

Dejan Kamenjašević, President of the Dubai side said about the collaboration, ” It is an honour and a pleasure to sign this important Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of Dubai Basketball. This partnership will be significant for both Dubai Basketball and KK Vojvodina in the years ahead.”

“I believe the cooperation between our two clubs can bring many positive opportunities for basketball in Dubai, as well as in Novi Sad, Serbia and the wider region. We are willing and determined to fully support Vojvodina while also learning from the club.”

Željko Rebrača, President of KK Vojvodina said, “On behalf of KK Vojvodina, I would like to express my great satisfaction that Dubai Basketball has recognised the potential of our club and the opportunities that can emerge through future cooperation.”
